Where's my order?

1. Check your email. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

2. Log in to your account. If you ordered with an account, sign in to see your order status and tracking.

3. Ask us. Email petopia.us.tx@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the latest update.

Items in one order may ship separately, so you might get more than one tracking link. See our Shipping Policy for details.
